Da Da Da Daddy

Michael is traveling for work and will be over the next several weeks. Fortunately, I've planned a trip to Idaho to visit my in-laws as well as a trip to Colorado to visit my sister-in-law and our new niece due to arrive at the end of the month.

I miss my husband, partner in parenthood, and friend, and during these times am always grateful that I'm not a single parent on a regular basis.

Ellie knows when I'm talking about "daddy" and when I pull out the computer to video chat she starts saying, "Da Da Da." She misses her daddy, and here's why. Can you blame her?
